Hello everyone!!  My name is Nikki Holland.  I am very excited about teaching 2nd
grade at Whitesboro Elementary School this year!!

I am a graduate of Boaz High School.  I attended Snead State Community College graduating with an Associate’s Degree in Science and Applied Science. After having the privilege of being a stay-at-home mom, I felt led to go back to school to obtain a teaching degree.  I graduated from Athens State University in 2010 with my B.S. degree in Elementary Education.  In December 2015, I graduated from UAB with a Master’s Degree in ESL.  This was made possible through a great opportunity with the Etowah County EDGE program.

I am married to Tony Holland who is a graduate of Sardis High School.  We have been married for 26 years and are blessed with 3 boys. My oldest son, Jacob, graduated from Jacksonville State University this past May.  He is currently teaching at Oxford High School.  John, my middle son, graduated from Shelton State Community College this past May.  He is currently attending Jacksonville State University pursuing a degree in Physical Education.  John also helps manage JSU's Womens Basketball team.  My youngest son, Jed, graduated from Whitesboro Elementary this past May.  He is in the 6th grade at Sardis Middle School.  We are all members of Mountainboro Baptist Church.
