Hello everyone!!  My name is Nikki Holland.  I am very excited about teaching 2nd
grade at Whitesboro Elementary School this year!!

I am a graduate of Boaz High School.  I attended Snead State Community College graduating with an Associate’s Degree in Science and Applied Science. After having the privilege of being a stay-at-home mom, I felt led to go back to school to obtain a teaching degree.  I graduated from Athens State University in 2010 with my B.S. degree in Elementary Education.  In December 2015, I graduated from UAB with a Master’s Degree in ESL.  This was made possible through a great opportunity with the Etowah County EDGE program.

I am married to Tony Holland who is a graduate of Sardis High School.  We have been married for 24 years and are blessed with 3 boys. My oldest son, Jacob, is currently enrolled at Jacksonville State University pursuing a degree in Secondary Education.  John, my middle son, is starting at Shelton State Community College as the women's basketball manager.  He will be working toward a degree in physical therapy.  My youngest son, Jed, is in the 4th grade here at Whitesboro.  We are all members of Mountainboro Baptist Church.
